Alleviating the Payment Process Just Got a Whole Lot Better!

When AllayPay started in February 2016, our goal was simple: to remove the stress typically associated with merchant processing. 

To achieve our goal, AllayPay asked hundreds of real merchants for feedback on what frustrated them the most and what it would take for them to switch providers. Based on their responses, we narrowed down five core guiding principles to build our company culture around:

With these in mind, we developed our brand and values as a reminder of who we serve – you.

In fact, the word “allay”, pronounced “a·Lāy” means to alleviate. Our tagline, “Alleviate the Payment Process” is more than a phrase, it’s part of our guiding principles. We made a promise to ensure our merchants’ expectations were exceeded in every way possible!

Why Are We Rebranding?

AllayPay has rebranded to reflect our success in maintaining our core guiding principles for the past 5+ years. We’ll continue our promise by expanding our systems to streamline processes and make it easier to do business with us, all while providing the same concierge service our customers have come to expect from AllayPay.
