Overview
The BBPOS Chipper 2X BT is a compact, battery-powered mobile card reader designed for merchants that need secure payment acceptance through a smartphone or tablet-based POS application. It supports EMV chip, contactless/NFC, magnetic stripe cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay while connecting to a compatible POS app over Bluetooth Low Energy.
Its small form factor and rechargeable battery make it well suited for mobile checkout, service professionals accepting payments in the field, events, and other environments where a full-size countertop terminal is unnecessary. An optional charging cradle provides a convenient way to keep the reader powered when used in a semi-fixed checkout setup.
